With every life change over the years be it making an auto claim or buying a home Craig & Cheryl have worked hard to get things done at sometimes very stressful moments. The last thing you should have to do is worry if your properly covered and paying a fair price for your coverage and that's what they do. Side note.. 3 years after I opened my policy with Craig and not needing to contact him since then he and his wife saw me in a restaurant they not only recognized me but approached me remembering my full name. "Craig and Cheryl have always been fantastic I have wrote and made claims on a couple different policies in the last 16 years. they have always been there for me no matter if it's changing Auto policies seeing a change Vehicles often LOL or life insurance policy that I had purchased when me and my late wife were very young which they paid out when she passed away very promptly and professionally. he stressed very much so about life insurance when we were at a young age when we first got married and I always wondered why when I had to make that claim I then realized how important it was and why he seemed like he was prying and pushy about it he truly does look out for you and your family. the agents do not set the pricing it is the company that does that so if your pricing is a lot higher for some reason then you think it should be you probably have a bad driving record or bad health history depending on what kind of insurance you are purchasing so keep that in mind and also don't forget you pay for what you get!! Any question or concerned I've ever had about my policies I've asked them and they have either responded immediately or a gotten back very promptly to any matter that I have ever had they treat you like family!"
